Rosako of Rosako's Soul Food & BBQ in Bedford is a force to be reckoned with. If you are particular eater in the soul food category, this is your place!!! I was NOT fan of collard greens but I am now. I'd buy his by the bucket if I could!
There are some pretty fancy menu options... For example, stuffed turkey legs, with what seems like endless options of stuffing!! The nachos are amazing, family options have always given us great portions and definitely made my single mama budget feel as if it was money well-spent...

The best soul-touching contribution that Rosako's provides though is beyond the mouth-watering food. His community involvement and meal program to feed Veteran's has won him awards from Sparkling Ice and lots of local (and nationwide) attention. Anyone can feed our belly's (not quite like Rosako though) but it takes a special person to seek out and execute opportunities to truly feed our soul.
This venue is definitely a must-eat.. Don't sleep on the "small guys".... We have a diamond here!
